It’s breakfast time, do I want eggs or cereal, I don’t know… Let’s go out, do you want to go see a movie or play tennis, I don’t know… Choices are hard! And when looking for the perfect wedding venue in New Jersey, all you have is choices! So I’ll begin by apologizing for introducing you to Renault Winery because they have 5 wedding ceremony venues and 7 reception rooms all in the same resort! That’s choices multiplied by more choices. But hopefully, you’re a couple that’s better at dealing with decisions than me, and you’ll welcome the fact that this venue has so many options. The Renault Winery wedding venue is well known as the East Coast’s premier vineyard wedding destination, and for good reason because they know their grapes, and all of their newly renovated venues are some of the most stunning I have seen.

A winery that has aged as well as its fine wine

Renault Winery has been crafting wine for over 150 years from their elegant vineyard/wedding venue located in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey. Spanning 1400 acres, this is a destination wedding location that makes you feel as though you’ve gotten on a plane and landed in Europe, not driven less than an hour from Philadelphia! It’s an oasis of rustic charm and character that feels a world away from city life. Besides the many wedding ceremonies and reception venues, Renault Winery also has 55 unique guest rooms available in their Château, perfect for those guests with a long drive ahead of them. Your loved ones also have the opportunity to make a weekend of it, and book themselves a game of golf, trip to the spa, or a tour of the wineries – all of which are within this beautiful resort. Like a Disneyland, but for grownups!

The idea behind having so many venue options is not to bewilder poor men like me, it’s to guarantee that there is an appropriately sized venue for every couple. Be it a micro-wedding for 35 guests, or an extravagant celebration of 500 plus people, the Renault Winery wedding venue has the perfect place for you to tie the knot, and party. These venues span the resort, inside and out, with the largest option being an elegant, tented garden that can accommodate up to 500 of your loved ones in comfort during the warmer months. You may be thinking with all of these venues in one place, “I don’t want someone else’s wedding spilling onto mine!”, and that’s a fair concern. But the site is huge, and with each package/venue from Renault Winery, you will receive your own wedding coordinator, bridal suite, kitchen, and the personal team who are all there to make sure that you enjoy your special day, without interference.

Rustic charm with a contemporary finish

Overall, the aesthetic of the venues is rustic, but with a contemporary finish. Blending European influences with American styling creates a very chic decor throughout the resort, and seamlessly blends with the fine wine the vineyard produces. This is a wedding venue that invites you to be creative, and its neutral decoration can easily be styled to suit your theme. I mentioned the Renault Winery vineyards back there, and without a doubt that has to be my favorite spot as a wedding photographer! It’s so picturesque, vast, and sweeping as a backdrop that you cannot fail to shoot some beautiful portraits there.
